Teenagers having sex is news to no one. Thank goodness the government has seen sense on this | Rhiannon Lucy Cosslett
A ‘Romeo and Juliet’ clause in England’s crime bill is common sense – now let’s focus on the men who really harm young girls, says Guardian columnist Rhiannon Lucy Cosslett
Its great that they are still protected from older predators but they can now fuck away to their hearts content with their teeny partner.
I always thought that this had always been the case and certainly no one in my school was ever arrested. Not even to scare them.
Maybe our teachers and police exercised their better judgement and had too much to worry about to spend time trying to stop kids having sex.
The likes of Roy Moore and RFK will not take any comfort from this and I applaud that.Pervs need to steer clear.
When I was in school there were always older kids hanging round the school gates. But that was mainly because they didnt have jobs. When we left the head master told us to fuck off and not come back. Happy days.
