For me, kinda yes. Different family members and I used to jaunt over to Florida and later North Carolina. From the 1990's onwards. We never went because of some event happening, we just booked and went.

One day we were stood in Universal studies and we saw in the distance one of the space shuttles take off. Wasn't planned.

I'm surprised they would have a plane in the area when launching a rocket. Had the thing malfunctioned and veered off, it could have endangered the commercial flight.
