The analysis of the shooting really starts at the 22:52 mark on the video.......good breakdown.......

Was it a mass shooting? If not then why should anybody pay attention?

He approached the guy in the pickup truck with a gun in his hand and waived it while yelling at him, so yeah, the guy had every right to shoot him.

We may be able to conclude that road rage in America has legitimized the use of deadly force against the other driver.

Or at least all drivers will be looking closely at determining a need to drive well armed?

Correct, duck. Careful when you drive in America, don't make any threatening moves.

Legitimized? It's already state law in many states across the United States in the scenario where great bodily harm or injury occurs. There is no legitimization .. just law-abiding citizens protecting themselves in the right situation.

Existing mutual agreement on discussions needs amending.
LMAO, just keep posting duck. Your nonsense is getting the response it deserves. BTW, educate yourself on the definition of "existing," "mutual," and "agreement." Your ignorance is rearing its ugly head.

er, whats the issue? Not watching a 45 minute video.
It's suspected that Americans will be deciding in very large numbers will support enacting a law that a gun is going to be deemed mandatory when obtaining a driver's license.

Pickup trucks littering the hiways with dead drivers behind the wheel is an intolerable result of an election!

I take your word for it!

The Duck King's progress is already widely accepted.

If you get out of your car to approach another in an aggressive fashion......you are fair game.

That has ALWAYS been the case.
