There is nothing in the constitution to forbid a political party claiming divine inspiration or guidance. In fact, any attempt to ban that would itself be highly unconstitutional, because it would prohibit the free exercise of religion.

As long as Congress is not establishing a religion for the United States, nor telling people how and where to practice their religion, the first amendment is being fully followed.
