Just as soon as Trump is gone the Left will have it back up and running, probably twice what it is today

It was originally created for the CIA to be able to insert American influence around the world for various projects.

It's just that one of the projects today is social engineering with DEI.

I view it as Left wing cultural colonialism as most of these countries are appalled at things like sex changes and abortion.
