It does not matter if the abilities and aspirations of those who replace what was is less of a percentage. You see the issues we have now with diversity and forced quotas in key jobs. The costs of most employment has risen dramatically because of agendas. I do not care who does it and hope we have a nation unified by people of all backgrounds and remain a rich country. That will not happen under current laws. All our tech is being designed and built by fewer great scientists and engineers and visionaries. The costs of our high tech projects are enormous because of this and issues with those projects linger for long periods after completion. We must take China down a couple of pegs for us to continue this course. And this course will be changed to some degree to make us more competitive and to build things cheaper.During the rest of this century, this country -- according to demographers -- will be undergoing a dramatic (to say the least!) change in its population profile.
We should all keep our fingers crossed that thoughtful people of ALL political persuasions will work together in a peaceful way to come to some solutions to the problems that are bound to arise.
