This is a different take on the Rosentstein testimony than the previous thread from yesterday. I watched him make a complete mockery of the hearings, actually laughing when Cruz told him he was either complicit with the coup or too incompetent to stop it. The former sub-AG at one point implied he had thousands of other cases to deal with which was neither true or much of a dodge. He wasn't the AG....the fool he punked Sessions was. Rosenstein's duty was solely to oversee Herr Mueller and his Rat henchmen.
There were two tells in his testimony...First, when he explained DOJ investigations are "clandestine"; his face lighting up in true Walter Mitty fashion. At that point it was clear he would have jumped at the opportunity to wear a wire in the Oval Office to trap Trump. His deluded notion he's a great motivator also speaks to his suggestion the Cabinet be convinced to enact the 25th Amendment to remove the President on grounds of incompetency. In conclusion, Rosenstein was clever enough to buddy up to AG Barr and agree Trump had NOT committed any crime, either collusion or obstruction when the wolves were on the new AG. That probably saved his goofy ass from prosecution. He flip-flopped from the engineer of the coup to the getaway driver.
