Humans are a murderous race. Period. If you count the children that those capitalists put to work at 6 and 7 years old in factories for twelve hours a day, paying their workers so little that they lived cold, starving and sick for their entire lives...knowingly poisoning the water that we ALL drink and sending choking smoke into the air,
yeah, the capitalists needed a leash. And do you think if socialists hadn't demanded it and rioted for it and risked their lives for it that things would be any different today? I doubt it.

Neither theory works 100% in practice. Blending the better parts of each can work and it does work and many successful, stable countries have democratic socialism and their people are cared for. They even get medical care and clean water and jeans instead of a loin cloth.

Those "democratic socialist" countries Bernie and others of his ilk use as an example are white majorities, with a rich cultural legacy binding the people together. We don't have cultural, ethnic or national unity here.

No, we want the poor to stop being poor.

Poverty is mostly an issue of "Nature".

Things like genes, people with low IQ's, or Low IQ syndromes such as Down Syndrome cause them to be poor, also other heavily genetic conditions like Lou Gehrig's disease, Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis, Schizophrenia, Bi Polar, Diabetes, Heart Disease.

Then there's people injured, missing limbs, or having bad limbs, backs, necks, knees, or even having experienced blunt trauma to the head, or PTSD.

Then there's the fact that there's people who are "Fine" but still are poor, because of single motherhood, and or fatherhood, as well as people which make minimum wage, which limits there upward mobility.

Yes, some people who are addicts, drug addicts, or alcoholics.
Still,
much research shows addiction, is partially genetic, especially in Alcoholism.
