Not only is the video footage definitively not a fentanyl overdose, it would not be possible to overdose this way. You can’t just touch fentanyl and overdose. Like many of these episodes, the symptoms also appear to be quite suggestible after finding a dollar bill and hearing the word “fentanyl.”
