Spreading out the tariff hikes from goods bought from one nation with high tariffs to all the goods in the store they import, is a common retail practice if the tariff price hikes are too large for any single....normally best selling item. Raise the items affected by high tariffs just a little, with all other imports not affected by tariffs raised just a little too....
