Rarely share this type of info here or elsewhere (especially not on social media where People who know me might get all emotional or overly concerned).

I wonder what the new Doc will say at the upcoming appointment.

There is more. This is just a portion of results:

IMPRESSION:

1. Stable thoracic aortic aneurysm measuring up to 4.6 cm at the mid ascending segment.

2. Extensive atherosclerosis, including severe coronary artery atherosclerosis.

3. Moderate right greater than left centrilobular emphysema.

4. New healing right anterolateral fourth and fifth rib fractures with callus formation.

Bye bye! LOL

Not too worried. It's like the earthquake shit

My ribs hurt. Funny, last time during wreathing test a tech told me I could not possibly have broken rib(s). Had to be bruised. I said "I am tough, high tolerance for pain well documented." She ignored me. We meet in a few weeks. Uh oh!

Did I say anything in the last month or two about Dante's Manifesto?

Hmm...

Psychic or psychotic. Does it really matter?

Seriously, I don't care.
In reallity, neither do I. Docs and staff puzzled. A few weeks ago, uncontrollable bleeding. EMTs called Paramedics. I laughed.

Meet me and I will take you on a journey as Virgil risen. Seriously. Are you religious? Faithful? Superstitious. before I depart this vale I will record your response.

Three and four seem relatively incidental .imho

Artery atheroscelerosis is common among elderly males and you might be OK for Dispersible Aspirin ( to thin the blood )plus a Proton Pump Inhibitor like Lansoprazole and a Statin , say Atorvastatin .
The latter two will combat calcium/plaque build up.
And your points 1 and 2 are likely linked .

Ask them where you figure on the Agatston Scale for Calcium build up .
Under 400 is OK but the nearer to 1000 , the greater your problem .

My top line opinion / educated guess only

it just means you are going to need a little operation. a little roto rooting in the arteries and a sleeve around the aneurism you'll be good as new, well , after about 6 months of extensive physical therapy and a drastic change in diet and exercise you'll be better than new.

I do sympathize with you. I just wrapped up a summer of medical care that created two emergency surgeries. In and out of the hospital picking my way through my daughter-in-law's hostility. Last. time I went for outpatient surgery this time I drove myself and used puppy pads to catch the bleeding. My poor little car was covered in blood soaked puppy pads. I just got the implanted hardware out two days ago.

Get tough or die a pussy.

Did you smoke, avoid exercise, and eat a shitty diet?

I just got off blood thinners. I had a few seriously bleeding events. But I had blood clots in leg a few years ago. I'm on the other statin right now. Small does. Seeing doc in a week, before specialist.
