Why should the city go to the trouble and expense for Obama's library when they haven't fixed the issue with availability of emergency medical care? Gee, if they end up with the library, I guess people can check out the medical books and try to administer their own emergency care. They live in a high crime area and there is a great need for emergency care. Since the violence isn't being addressed, they really should do more to help the victims.
