We're usually on the same page my friend, but I really don't like the rep system that was seriously abused, misused and ran off some potentially great members when the troll brigade ganged up on a newbie.

And I hate to see people use your compassion against you ... They'll use every tool in the box to get what they are here for.

But that's just me ... And I don't like living in a prison ... Even if they paint rainbows on the wall.

The funny is still there. The thumbs up is the agree. No problem with those though the trolls like to use the funny emoji as an insult. I only use it to convey that the post intended to be funny was funny. But if you mean a 'funny/agree' all in one emoji, yeah I could use that.

With the that's already in circulation one can't say for certain if you really find something funny or laugh derisively at it. Most of the time it's the latter but there are times when you can't say for sure.

The trolls use it as an insult. Members that I respect use it to appreciate humor. Pretty much all of us can figure out the difference between those two things. But your point is well taken.

Of course you can figure it out from the context especially if your opponent is a well established dick but there are moments, you know .
