I'm an advocate for babies' rights. They're totally helpless and dependent on the adults in the room to nurture them and provide them with a good life. Slaughtering them just doesn't seem like a really good idea to me. I suppose if I was Charles Manson or Jeffrey Dahmer then killing them might not seem so bad but, alas, I'm nothing like them.

Dumping it on states is a temporary legal convenience, so SCOTUS and Congress can move on to safer issues. The right of bodily autonomy is still an individual right, so that will be argued in 50 flame wars instead of one national flame war.
