Well, here's the thing. Assuming the tea party members were able to elect one of their own, the intent would be to force more crazy ass votes on stuff that was not going anywhere while Obama is potus and the dems have 40 plus their crazy uncle Joe. That would embarrass McConnell because he'd have the bills in the Senate. It is near impossible for the tea party to unseat an incumbent in the Senate. However, it would be perilous for a House goper not to vote for anything the Tea Party members want to bring to a vote in the House, because they could be tea partied.

So, while the votes might tend to stir up the folks down on the farms, I'm not sure they really help the gop nationally.

There's no supermajority for either party in the House. It just takes 50% plus 1. But the gop is split.

A super majority is usually referring to the number of votes to override a President's or Governor's veto. In Congress it's 67% of the seats in both chambers.

A three-fifths majority (60%) is what's needed in the Senate to end filibusters.

There is no three-fifths majority in the House, it's just a simple majority (50% + 1)

TOP SECRET information was only communicated electronically, on an in house gvt system, not connected to DOT GOV email accounts, in a secured gvt office....or they are printed for only the specific hands with top secret clearance.

NOTHING Top Secret is on her private server or the dot gov email system for all employees!!!

Were things classified by the FBI later on as classified, sure....and it is common practice to do this after the fact, however, it is the State Dept that has final say from what i have read on it.

and right now the state dept is differing with the FBI's classifications on a bunch of stuff....

so there is a semi battle going on....

the gvt would Classify EVERYTHING if they could, so we could get no information at all...

I'm not qualified to determine which emails should be public knowledge, and which aren't. There are qualified people making that decision right now. So far, those people have produced nothing that shows wrong doing, but that doesn't stop your whining. If something of substance shows up, you might have something to carry on about, but so far,you are just making childish accusations.
