Republicans should extend an olive branch to Democrats with agreeing to pass these Dem proposals…in the name of unity

Glad to see the left did not support these initiatives ONLY because it could help THEM politically.

Surely everything they embraced on Monday, Nov 4th, they still embraced in Wednesday, Nov 6th….right?

I told the Dems the same thing when they thought they were going to win.
LOL.....Whatever in the world made you think that Harris was gonna win?

I told everyone that would listen that Trump was greatly under-polled.

That and the RCP averages in the Battleground states were showing that Trump never lost a lead in a state once he gained it going back to Sept. 28 no matter how small the margin was.

The only surprise for me was MI and WI where he vastly overperformed.

I would think these would be able to pass both the house and the Senate unanimously, since Dems have said they want this.

Why wouldnt Dems want these things now that they wanted on Monday?

Why don't you go dig up FDR and ask him how that worked out for him? :)
Cause it would work out the same way no matter which party was in power.
Actually it worked great for FDR. SCOTUS stopped declaring his unconstitutional actions to be unconstitutional.

Actually, it didn't work out for him. It was seen as a power grab. While I don't support expanding the number of justices, I am against lifetime appointments.

His threat got them to become his lapdogs. He won and the country lost.
