Once again, "Packing the court" doesn't mean appointing conservative judges to lower courts. It doesn't even pertain to the lower courts.

It means changing the number of Justices on the Supreme Court, by way of Congressional legislation, then appointing more SC Justices. Which is both something we have never done, and something you would undoubtedly do, if you knew you could get away with it.

Nor did we come up with the "Nuclear Option", or change the rules of Congress on the fly, as did Harry Reid and little Chuckie Schumer.
