Republicans fail to make any rational argument why society must force full term gestation on all women. Their failed arguments are examined here:

That is absurd. If sex isn’t about procreation, then exactly why would the man get snipped?

Because the possibility of procreation exists throughout his adult life, regardless of his age. For women, there is a window of about 35 years, and then, no worries.

I have nothing to say to someone who believes in slaves and roots for the kkk.
You have nothing to say so you lie. Never have I written a word that I believe in slaves and root for the kkk.

I am opposed to women being forced into baby incubating slaves for the white male dominant Christian nationalist Republican Party.

I have never voted for a Republican in my life because the Party is too white male dominated and therefore the Party of Choice for white supremacist KKK types,

Too many women stupidly put their career first, when family should be the primary goal of our lives. Men don't work because we are special, but to protect the womb carriers from having to risk themselves from unnecessary risks. Men were the opposite of special, it is women who used to be special, now no more, and it's their own damn fault,.

Men can’t get pregnant. It should be the promiscuous female being sterilized. 🤦‍♂️

Yet, your argument that a fetus is not similarly situated to a fetus is the same argument that the slave owner made.

Kkk enough for us civilized and ethically inclined of our species

Harm comes to all in a society if the criminal murderer is not apprehended and punished when there are no homicide laws to enforce. We have no civilization if that were the case.

That is the obvious harm that every adult in a civilized society should know.

Why are you learning it from me?
Well, all in a civilized society are harmed when we allow the lives of the most innocent to be taken. Something you obviously haven't learned. Which is quite sad.

Yet, your argument that a fetus is not similarly situated to a fetus is the same argument that the slave owner made.

When did a slave owner argue that his slaves needed to use his body from inside for nine months starting weight .0001 ounces and increasing to seven pounds near the end when the slave exits his body causing pain and distress such that the slave owner could die during the process.

I see no similar situation for a born and living slave snd a fetus( or an owner and a potential mother.

When a woman terminates her own pregnancy within a few weeks of learning she is pregnant using the abortion pill in the privacy of her home, how are you harmed?

NotfooledbyW Apr’23 Vrvwgo: Normal American Christians who love liberty and justice for all and who seek to care equally about women as they do about men should would could morally accept the Jewish concept of ensoulment much more easily than the Muslim version in my opinion as an outside observer to all religions and philosophies on the meaning of life.

The Catholic concept that ensoulment takes place at conception is the anomaly among the big three western belief systems but all three religions contributed to the rise of western civilization perhaps a little bit more than their existence prevented or slowed it.

Protestant white Christians were compatible with the concept of quickening in common law until the Roe v Wade era began as civilization began to take a major leap forward for women.

It was then that Catholic intellectuals and money began the aggressive religious political propaganda crusade against the conscience of America. Which is strange because the Great Catholic intellectual himself Saint Thomas Aquinas rejected the concept that ensouled life begins at conception.

The white mostly Republican Party today demands intellectual conformity to the male dominant Catholic Roman Church doctrine that human life’s value begins at conception.

The Republican PARTY is driving all civilization backwards same as driving America’s secular greatness backwards.

NotfooledbyW Apr’24 Vrvwgo: {Reply to 8038} When you argue that human life was valued by society at conception as a pre-existing legal precedent to the Declaration of Independence you fucked up big time. That is impossible to be proven true in our system of laws and justice. nfbw 230401 Vrvwgo08070

Of course you see nothing similar. It’s the same argument the anti same sex marriage side had.

And they lost as well.

Please post the argument and then I will resd itz
You don’t know? Yet you debate anyway?

Gee, you would think you would know this. Of course it has nothing to do with “Catholics”

your argument that a fetus is not similarly situated to a fetus
I have never argued that a fetus is not similarly situated to s fetus. You are s liar

adv389ss. similarly situated refers to one class of persons being alike in all relevant ways to another class for purposes of a particular decision or issue.

HeyNorm Jan’23 Srvwg: So, the newborn gains rights at birth, hynrm 230127 Srvwgo06929

Yes, he or she gains the right to not be terminated by the potential birth mother when he or she is no longer considered an unborn baby or fetus. there is no similar situation ad a legal class of persons between a baby and a fetus; a born human and a unborn human.

Yet one has enough value to be protected and the other does not.

No. it’s not a matter of value assigned to the fetus and a newborn baby. That late time in a pregnancy it is obvious that the mother highly values the fetus and she wants to deliver it to the world. Abortion happens at that stage when something goes wrong.

That is the flaw in your stupid argument as all your arguments are stupid.

If you agree, that abortion is justified to save the life of the mother, then you’ve knocked down your own argument.

Most people place a higher value on the mothers life then the fetus is Life, especially during the rigors and strain and stress of child.

So no, it’s not a matter of value and situated legal argument.

HeyNorm231924-#324 • So, I will ask again, when is this moment achieved? And how would you know this achievement occurred without killing (possibly one that achieved that magical moment) and performing a forensic analysis? And, what is the reason a fetus, one week earlier than that moment is not considered similarly situated?

^^

schmidlap230119-#327 • Roe v Wade was a compromise that recognized the precise moment viability and sentience is achieved is indeterminable. An informed judgment based upon the best medical science is the best we can hope for. •••• Do you regard that determinative stage as being reached by a microscopic, mindless amalgam of cells? •••• Such extremism is unacceptable, as is the opposite view that it does not occur until birth. •••• Being reasonable is necessary. •••• I'll ask again: Would you have the United States and other advanced, democratic nations follow the lead of El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Iraq where authoritarian regimes abrogate reproductive freedom?
