Trump had the House and Senate and didn't fix it, preferring to pass tax cuts that added trillions to the debt. Now, Republicans continue to own the border by refusing to do anything about it because it would help President Joseph Biden.

They wouldn't vote for it because it didn't fix the border crisis that Joe Biden created. The fact is that Joe Biden could fix the border tomorrow. All he'd need to do is reinstate the Trump border policies that he got rid of with Executive Orders the first few days he was in office. He's never needed a single GOP vote to do that.
