Not really.

Some people are in such bad shape, they can't get on Private Insurance. And even if they could, it would be foolish of them to get off Medicaid.

Medicaid is a good system. All Trump is trying to do is stop the fraud. I would think that ANYBODY on Medicaid would applaud that.

Well, anybody with an above-room-temperature IQ. The fraudsters are stealing money from people that really need it. Trump is trying to clean that up.
