Class divisions in the Republican Party are not usually a problem because for most people most of the time loyalties of race, nation, and ethnicity are stronger than loyalties of class.

The class division of the GOP only becomes a problem when rich Republicans try to reduce domestic spending programs. Most Republicans are not rich. Most of these Republicans support the basic reforms of the New Deal and Medicare.

The Democratic Party is a coalition of demographics who dislike each other. Generally speaking, blacks and Hispanics dislike each other. Jews and Muslims dislike each other. Beginning with the War in Vietnam, the Democratic Party has come to be dominated by well educated, well paid bicoastal professionals. These lack the public enthusiasm rich Republicans have for tax cuts for the rich, but they do little to oppose those tax cuts because they are well off themselves. Consequently, they emphasize social issues, where the Republicans have the advantage. Most of them view white working class people with disdain and are resented in return.

Whatever one may say about the morality of Democratic support for the civil rights legislation, the War on Poverty, and the Immigration Reform Act of 1965, which opened the United States to non white immigration, these were politically harmful to the Democratic Party. When the Democratic Party advanced the economic and social interests of white, male, heterosexual Christians who were not rich, the Democratic Party dominated the United States.

It has an advantage because it needs less people to vote for it in order to get more seats. In the Presidential elections it has won more votes than the Dems only TWICE since the 1980s, and yet had half the presidents and most of the Supreme Court picks

The democrat party is about replacing America with Marxism/globalism and doing so through policy. Republicans don’t aim to undermine the country as policy but some (many) are guilty through acquiescence to democrats. If republicans ever become proactively anti-American through policy as democrats have, the country, as we know it, is doomed.
