I believe ColonelAngus was being sarcastic when he was pretending to care about brown people. He was trying to suggest Biden was racist for bombing brown people. Of course back then he didn't understand they were terrorists. Now that Trump is president, he understands.

Republicans need to stop doing this. Being on the terrorists side when a Democrat is President. Being on Russia's side when a Democrat is president.
