Trump hasn’t officially announced whether he will run for president again in 2024, though he is widely expected to. An announcement either way is expected after the 2022 midterm elections.
That said, sources in Trump’s inner circle say that one name in particular is a likely choice as his vice-presidential nominee: Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.).
Multiple sources tell CNN (for some reason) that Stefanik has caught his eye, and that “conversations about adding Stefanik to a future Trump ticket have gained steam in recent weeks at Mar-a-Lago and in other Republican circles.”

Who knows if he runs again who he would choose, we know it probably won't be a Establishment sweetheart type.

He chose Pence, probably reluctantly to some degree (not that it was the wrong choice); because he didn't have a track record in politics and his VP would provide some shield as a "true conservative".

Now Trump has a four year term to run on, even with all the efforts to stop him. It could be argued if he didn't have all the resistance, he would have achieved even more (such as a fully funded wall in the first year if America Last Paul Ryan hadn't suggested he reject the offer).

As it were, his second term will be even more difficult as Americas influence has been waning, thanks in no small part to certain "allies" I might add.

These are countries with less poverty, less income inequality, shorter work weeks, better workers rights, lower crime, safer and better schools..
