It's no joke this time. The Trump administration is worried about the plans BLM/Antifa have put out. An investigation is underway regarding China arming the rioters.

I actually figure the government is paying close attention. You and I know, the civilian population is never told the real deal intelligence, as it lets the enemy know what you know the real deal is, therefore much of what people get to read on the outside is planned for a domestic effect and adds a touch of uncertainty to potential enemy plans.
