I can't imagine that anyone with any knowledge about the subject would EVER claim that Chicago's schools are doing a bang-up job. Unless we're talking about counting gun shots.

Chitown citizen here! Of course this makes the headlines, but in Chitown its usually the other way around by a large amount. Probably for every teacher assault on a student there are 1000 student assault on teachers. PC bull shit that little Joey can't be removed from the class or even yelled at even though he is disruptful in class and makes it so the other children can't learn. The more inner city you go the more disruptful Joey's there are! Its BS!
