Renewable Powers HUGE mistake....

Btw....the climate crusaders NEVER include the costs of building transmission lines....d0y....that doesn't count to progressives. :bye1:

Thankfully, these costs matter to the rest of the planet....

To be sure, wind power remains competitive with other energy after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine drove up prices for fossil fuels.

Just a peeve of mine. Russia is still invading Ukraine but prices have steeply dropped.

Wind power a joke in the US.

Most people don't know...supplies only 4% of grid electricity. 🤡

And it's not competitive with fossil fuels...the costs of building transmission lines...enormous btw...are not factored into those costs. They leave them out.

Why do you think China opens 2-3 new coal plants every month since 2017??...and will out to 2030.:coffee:

Green eggs.

Wind and solar are just two of the necessary alternatives.

Nuclear? Yesterday we learned that Japan is planning to release millions of gallons of nuclear contaminated water into the ocean. The water is being produced so quickly that they can't keep up with storing it. They have huge tank farms full of it already and now they claim to have no choice but to dump it in our ocean.

That sort of puts dim hopes on nuclear!
