There is nothing to prove that a person who needs a little help managing his finances is too so mentally unstable that their rights have to be taken away.

We have a process to label someone mentally ill and when that process is followed and a person is adjudicated to be mentally ill or a danger to himself or others the government can restrict his access to guns,
