Remember When Trump Called Haiti a Shithole Country and the Left Got the Vapors?

Bullshit.
Chaves was a dictator. He shut down free press, stole investors oil rigs and then couldnt keep them running. He refused to pay their contracts before stealing their rigs.

We sanctioned him for being a dictator and stealing US Companies rigs.

Now Venezuela is a shithole because they Embraced a LYING TYRANT who later fycked them over with no vasoline.

It's a stupid question.

As long as we work to undermine their economies because we disagree that they don't hate the same people we hate, we deserve any negative blow back that comes our way.

So as I initially said, bullshit.

None of our business.

The Clinton foundation is a public operational charity.. they pay for programs that provide help or services.

They didn't collect billions.

Haiti's leadership wanted the cash.

Bill Clinton Once Enjoyed a Bright Legacy in Haiti. Then the 2010 Earthquake Struck

A decade after a devastating earthquake hit Haiti, former President Bill Clinton and his wife, Hillary, the former U.S. secretary of state, are routinely portrayed in some quarters as the prime villains in the Caribbean nation's continuing struggles to recover and the failed promise of donor assistance to help lift the ravaged country out of poverty.
The fact is that 10 years after the quake, there is no clear accounting of how much of the $13.3 billion that donors promised over 10 years remains uncollected.

Whoops!

You're a hoot, on one hand it's none of our business, but on the other hand we deserve to have all of their poor inhabit our country because of sanctions that you can't even identify. :cuckoo:

Yes, because we get involved where it's none of our business.

It's not that difficult of a concept.

I posted a link noting what all we have done.

Wow! to call somebody Barbecue.....

That' tells a lot about the person......

Haiti is the best of what democrats want to make of this country starting with promoting Satan worship. The way it works for Haiti is how they want it to work here.

I personally have taken part in trying to help Haitians for years. Doesn’t change the fact that it’s a shithole country. Trump hating Washington Post wants you to know Haiti is not a shithole country.

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti -- On a ride through the gang-controlled streets of Haiti's capital on Friday, past an improvised barricade, the motorcycle taxi reached a crossroad. First came the smell -- of something burning. Then, the sight: a corpse, charred black, lying in the middle of street, its bones and feet sticking out of the pile of ash.
The night before, Jimmy Boursiquot, a carpenter who lives nearby, heard two gunshots. Peering carefully out his window, checking his watch -- it was 8:24 p.m. -- he saw two men drive away, leaving the body behind, not far from a university administration office and one of Haiti's largest telecommunications companies. A few hours later, he said, the men returned and burned the remains.

The streets of Port-au-Prince reek with the stench of the dead.

It's a grisly new marker of the violence and dysfunction in this beleaguered Caribbean nation of 11 million people. In the absence of a functioning state, violent armed gangs have taken control of more than 80 percent of the capital, the United Nations estimates. Gunfire crackles at all hours. Residents who dare leave their homes stumble across bodies that have been left where they fell.

Port-au-Prince reached a high of 92 degrees on Friday. The smell of decaying corpses, human rights activists say, has driven some people from their homes. Others have taken it upon themselves to move or burn the bodies. Because who else will?

If you've worked in Haiti you knwo the Clintons hurt them badly
THe Prez by ruining the farmers livelihood by shipping free grain fromUS !!! Former governor of a farm state !!! And he didn't know that free grain would kill the grain farmers ????

France bears a large responsibility for Haitis current conditions, as do the USA and the rest of the EU to a lesser extent.

Instead of sending bombs to Ukraine, send farm equipment to Haiti
