Inciting violence, kidnapping and intimidation aren't protected speech.

They seem to be in democrat circles. Kimmel, Fallon, Colbert and the other fascist talking heads seem to think that inciting vandalism and arson on Teslas, their owners and dealerships is something that is protected.
