I don't even have to go back that far, I can just think about a YEAR AGO TODAY.....my brother was alive, I was at the casino having drinks and fun with my co workers after work and won a lot of cash, I got to babysit my grandson for an entire week last summer while mom and dad took a long overdue vacation, I was happy, happy happy....my son bought me a nice car, retired my old one.

2019..was the best damned year of my life, nothing but goodness happened to me all that year.

Your first big league ball game...

My city didn't have major league baseball, but we did have Professional Wrestling, and I remember my old man taking me and my brother to see Sammartino defend the title against Professor Tanaka from the Empire of Japan.

Tremendous match.

I was researching one of the greatest athletes of the 20th Century, Primo Carnera. World class in both wrestling and boxing. Carnera is really underrated. He defeated Lenny Montana (better known as Luca Brasi) in Youngstown in 1954. Tremendous athlete.

Coming over the hill and seeing San Francisco spread out along the bay. I was so disappointed that the Golden Gate Bridge was red. . i thought the Golden Gate Bridge would be golden.

The lake at the Palace of Fine Arts had swans in it in those days. I would go down and feed them popcorn. Someone started killing the swans so they aren't there anymore.
