Bork originalist view meant that he admitted he did not see a right to privacy in the const. That was the rub. But more importantly his views contradicted the civil rights laws, the prohibition on a state outlawing parochial schools, the state outlawing the teaching of a specific for language, and of course a right to buy contraceptives.
If Barrett succeeds in overturning Roe, I'd personally love to see her revisit all of these issues.
