Remember That Woman That Got Dragged Out Of The Townhall In Idaho?

Yes, get the Sheriff in their with peace officers, not security.

Was the security not hired to keep the place from gerring chaotic?

I mean, you're not wrong, the courts will decide this, but the officer was recording the whole thing. If she was being disruptive and wouldn't quiet down, then asking her to leave is a reasonable request, and the officer asked her a couple of times to leave and she refused, so the officer had the hired security removed her. Now, she could have stood up and walked out on her own, but she chose to be defiant, and crawl on the ground to attempt to avoid being removed, which means the security had no choice but to drag her out, as it was evident she wasn't going to leave of her own free will.

I think the courts will see this and agree with the officer

You're right, what I think means nothing...but, if you are disrupting the meeting, and the law tells you to leave or be arrested, because you were being disruptive, that carries no weight?
She is being charged with multiple violations. I believe they are all misdemeanors. She is suing the security outfit and some individuals as well. I am sure she will be found guilty of disrupting and failing to follow instructions of law enforcement and when that happens the civil suits will fall apart.

That woman deserved to be removed forcibly since she was there for only one reason which was to disrupt the event.

However, legally she may have a case. The event was being held on public property, not private which makes a difference. Anyone was allowed to attend. The security was not hired by the city so therefore was not given authority to act on behalf of the city. She was not physically threatening anyone. Most importantly, you can hear her screaming on the video the men didn't identify themselves and she has no idea who they are.

The only crack in her case is she was there to solely disrupt and get the reaction we saw on video. So I'm curious where the law falls on that. My guess is it won't make much of a difference and her case will proceed.

She did NOT deserve to be dragged out. She was exercising her 1st. Amendment Right to Freedom of Speech.

White liberal women. Absolutely cannot stand them.

The find out part just arrived. Hopefully, she has an attorney that sues the city, the MAGA losers, and the security company for hundreds of millions.
Good!

That's how you deal w/fascists, by using the law including apply the appropriate force when and where necessary.

She absolutely deserved to be removed. She was there for the sole purpose of ruining the event for over 400 people. But the good news for her is she may have a valid case legally.
