Regulations are like Slavery.

I have an interesting argument about why these mandates on insurance companies is violates the constitution that involves slavery. Whenever a business owner provides a service to another person they are working for them on a voluntary basis. They are free in this arrangement until they are forced to provide service to the customer against their wishes. In this situation they are being forced to labor for someone else's benefit. They have lost control to work as they want to which makes them a slave so when the government demands that you run your business a certain way it is removing your control over how you work which is like being a slave to the autocracy. This is a violation of the constitution.

I know I won't go far with this argument but think about it for a minute.
