Regarding January 6 lets review some past events

An attempt at violently overthrowing the government = criminally charging ideological violent extremists.

No confusion here.
IMO they were vandals not rebels. Just like the BLM protesters this summer.
BLM wasn't trying to overturn an election, stage a coup and KILL MIKE PENCE
Nobody tried to stage a coup or kill Mike Pence, you delirious dumbbell.
Video says otherwise you ass clown.
Video says a lot of things that go against your panic-stricken pussy narrative, pussy.
You were just called a pussy again! Lmao!
Actually I didnt call him a pussy. I said we all already knew he was a pussy.
You were called a pussy, Assfaceias. Keep up. Even I do not disrespect you like that.
No real man cares about pussies on the internet calling them names.
How would you know? You’re obviously not one. Wow. Weak weak weak weak weak.
I know because you or the other pussy would never think about disrespecting me in person. Thats how I know.
So you admit it's disrespectful. And you took it. Ha ha ha ha ha ha

Which means you are calling the Capitol "misconduct" patriotic-oops!

March 1, 1954: Four Puerto Rican nationalists sitting in the House Gallery shot at congressmen in session, wounding five. They were convicted and sentenced to 49 years in prison. In 1979, one died in prison and the remaining three were pardoned by President Carter. They returned to Puerto Rico and hailed as patriots by some.

March 1, 1971: A bomb was detonated in the Senate wing, near the Rotunda and below the Senate chamber, causing extensive damage, some structural. Although no one was ever charged, the Weather Underground claimed credit. These "Amerika-hating revolutionaries" engineered bombings, robberies and killings. Interestingly, married couple Bill Ayers and Benardine Dohrn, founding members of the group, became college professors in Chicago where Ayers was connected to the Chicago Annenberg Challenge organization, as was his neighbor community organizer Barack Obama.

November 7, 1983: M19CO (a communist organization) claimed responsibility for the bombing of the Capitol's north wing. The blast pushed a potentially lethal hole into the empty Republican Senate cloak room. The Senate had unexpectedly adjourned early. In May 1985, Susan Rosenberg was convicted to 58 years in prison for possession of bombs, explosives and firearms. In 1988 Rosenberg was charged with others for the Capitol bombing, but charges were dropped in 1990 because of her imprisonment on the weapons charges. On June 20, 2001 she was released from prison due to President Clinton's commutation. Susan Rosenberg later became vice chair of Thousand Currents, the fundraising arm for Black Lives Matter.

June 14, 2017: James Hodgkinson shot 70 rounds at an Alexandria, VA ball field where members of the Republican House caucus were practicing in preparation for a charity game with Democrats. Five persons were wounded (including Congressman. Steve Scalise). The shooter, an avowed anti-Trumper and follower of Senator Bernie Sanders, died of wounds he suffered that day.

Violent criminal acts must be dealt with severely. But painting blame with a broad partisan brush must be resisted. Casting political stones at politicians for their lawful rhetoric and actions cannot be confused with criminally charging ideological violent extremists.

Completely ignored behind the pretense that this was an insurrection, a rebellion, an attack on democracy itself, was the real such attack on America: The three day siege of the White House in May of 2020, occupation of Lafayette Park, and the burning of the historic St. John's Church.

“More than 60 Secret Service officers and special agents sustained multiple injuries in three days worth of violent clashes stemming from protests demanding justice for George Floyd in Washington, D.C.

The uprisings overflowed from Lafayette Park and continued near the White House on Saturday night and early into Sunday morning. Protesters in the area had taken to the streets since Friday to condemn police brutality.”
At least 60 Secret Service members injured during George Floyd protests in DC

“St. John's Church Near White House Set on Fire ….fire crews were able to get to the scene to save the historic structure where every president since James Madison has attendended services,…” St. John's Church Near White House Set on Fire

Where did you pull that fantasy from? The "Dems" have certainly had their share of bad behavior but this one, it's entirely on Trump and the Republicans. They took lawful protest beyond even the realm of unlawful into insurrection. When you attempt to violently overturn an election by preventing Congress from certifying, then you are attempting to overthrow the government and prevent the peaceful transfer of power.

Do you ever stop with the false equivalence?

Yours is the side that totally owns all the blatant fraid and cheating that took place this election, and all of the consequences thereof. All of it.

You can't overthrow an illegitimate gov't (Used illegal Russia Hoax to gain mid term majority) and even if you disagree there was nothing the president and lawyers did that was ever unusual or illegal, it's been all part of the process that many have done before them including Al Gore. On the contrary everything the Dems did to hide censor and corrupt the voting process and in their actual coup was illegal and abusive which is why they needed power now to abstruct investigations, which by chance Biden did on day 1.
He took 1day to break the law and prove my points.-brilliant!

You may want to review your school daze lessons in US History and Civics, plus re-read the Constitution. If you had any and understood such.

Several dozen hooligans occupying an office building for a few hours does not a guv'mint overthrow make. For one, don't recall any of them claiming they now replaced their respective lected Representatives of Senators, nor if they had, do you really think the assorted Depts. and Agencies of the Fed, let alone the DoD would have taken orders from this gang of hyperactive "protestors" ??? !!!

Concept of making a mountain out of a molehill register any ???

Any riot is now an "insurrection"? Really? That's a first.

The mob that broke into the capital had certain intentions: hunt down congress critters and Pence, stop the certifying of the election by violent force. That's insurrection. You're false moral equivalency is not. That's like equating riots to peaceful protests. These people went beyond a riot into insurrection.

And the whole AntiFa Summer of CHAZ/CHOP/etc. was also insurrection.
My point is that what happened in DC on Jan. 6 was no way a real potential to overthrow the USA Federal Government. This was no "Seven Days in May".
Now in the case of Biden and his supporters stealing the election, we may be looking at a "Manchurian Candidate".

Nice try.

Hey I'm just riffing off YOUR POST, Doodles. You want to walk it back now that you know what it means?
Whatever.

NOW to slap you again. YOU assholes stormed the Wisconsin statehouse in a blatant attempt to overthrow a duly elected governor. YOU assholes trapped federal agents inside buildings and attempted to murder them. This was NO insurrection no matter how many times you spout your blatant bullshit. See moron, those CHAZ people declared themselves NOT part of the U.S. That’s an insurrection.

Were any of these aimed at overturning the results of a free and fair election?

The phrase “free and fair election” is coming to take on the same stench as “peaceful protest”.

View attachment 454456

And still, we run back to this.....again..was..this..protest..rooted in overturning the results of a free and fair election?..if not, then f'ing... GET LOST!! :auiqs.jpg:
How dare the pheasants protest their corrupt government having a fraudulent election.........

Protesting doesn't work------next level will be more drastic.

Actually yeah there were dems and anti gov't types that are not affiliated to any party. In fact that guy holding the dixie flag in the capitol was from Deleware and registered democrat who voted for Biden. Never assume, because that guy has more connections "Directly" to Biden, the likelihood of a person from Deleware carrying a Dixie flag is almost zilch, therefore it had to be tactical to further the racist narrative, and when Biden himself called everyone white Supremacist, including the Black marchers, it proves Biden was involved in the false narrative.-BUSTED!
