We ranked the 50 states by their hiring rates and were swiftly struck by a trend so clear that - if it holds up - should be front-page news: Republican-leaning states are hiring faster than blue states.

Of the 17 fastest-hiring states, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 14 voted for Trump in 2020. The top two Biden-voting states, Georgia and Nevada, are probably best classified as purple (Biden-blue Delaware is the other). The 10 slowest-hiring states all went for Biden. Why are red states hiring so much faster than blue states?
Class anyone??? Probably not taxes and crime so what could it be

Like White said.................you should probably read the whole article you linked to. A major reason is that people keep quitting and then going to other jobs. It also stated that those red states don't necessarily have more jobs available, just more workers moving from job to job.

It also states that in the blue states people have higher incomes and better benefits due to unions, so people don't feel compelled to take a job while searching for something better, so the turnover is lower. Also, there is the fact that in those blue states, the mandated minimum wage is better, so those workers don't feel the need to seek higher paying jobs.

But................way to attempt to say that red states are better than blue ones. However.............reading your link, you can see that red states treat workers worse than blue ones.

Well, if you did not believe the article, why did you post it? Surely, if you had done your homework to support your point of view, you could have found an article to make it appear so, maybe with numbers, but certainly not experts debunking your premise.
