I got this "odd" alert....Is someone hackin' on me or is this for real? ;)

Can a mod cite the rule that spells out that "Red is reserved for Mods"?

Not that I really care, it's fine, but I culled though the rules and could not find it.

If that is indeed the case then please remove the red option from the color
palette.

I must have "red bolded" hundreds of sentences before.

No one should take your request to remove red seriously

Can't use red here... its been a rule for a long time... they should have told you to just change the color IMO...

And yet your signature is in red. As well as many others here too. I've even used red in the sig, but got the same notice 'it's only for mods'.......OK, then why can others keep it without changing???:dunno:

It looks red but its dark orange... one step away from red... I made one in red and was told to change it...

This was before they created the black background option.

Notice it only says to 'adhere' to the directives.

That's not a rule then, just informational when you see something from a mod in red.

I try going by the rules (by and large) but I'm not a damn mind reader either. ;)

They can still gig ya on the 'invisible rule book' line.

"Not all Rules and Regulations are written".

Like I said, I'm not a mind-reader. ;)
It's all in the posted rules. Just about any forum I've been on has that disclaimer.................which kinda sux.

Oh, didn't we tell you the rule de jour is....

Its been essentially the one rule the mods have been consistent on. Everything else is based on which mod likes which poster.
