The Chicago ABC affiliate did a story on Illinois Red Flag laws....we have two of them....and both failed to stop the shooter in Highland Park........

Illinois has two red flag laws. The firearms restraining order allows concerned family members to report individuals who pose a risk, prompting temporary removal of their guns. The clear and present danger statute allows police, school officials and mental health professionals to report and achieve gun removal.

And before the anti-gun extremists start to say "AR-15.....AR-15," the killer murdered 7 people with his rifle......

To compare..........

Virginia Tech shooting.....32 killed, two pistols

Luby's Cafe.....24 killed, two pistols

Kerch, Russia.....20 killed, 5 shot, pump action shotgun.

The gun does not determine how many are killed

Magazine capacity does not determine how many are killed......

The amount of time the killer has in a gun free zone before someone shoots at and stops them determines how many get killed

I'm sure, if you search ALL police records, including 911 call logs.........you will find YEARS of Red Flags on each shooter this country has seen during its "civilized" era.

I've called in on some violent lunatics in the past, only to be told BY THE POLICE "theres nothing we can do unless they kill people"!!!!!

An armed employee in Vegas stopped a mass shooting this month but it still isn't making the news.

Red flag laws are a pre-crime denial of a Constitutionally guaranteed right & can easily be abused by anyone with a grudge
