First anyone entering the U.S. illegally has committed a crime. Secondly many "Birthright Babies are returned to their homeland.
The prime example is the more than one million Chinese Americans (thru present Birthright acceptance).
Prime example: The CHILDREN of Qiu Qin Zou and Jia Zhang Zheng who tried bombing MacDill Air Force Base Visitor’s Center in Tampa FL. Both birthright babies.
