Red Chinese 'immigrants' Plant IED near Air force Base in Florida

What links? Where is the law allowing the government to set oil prices for domestic oil production. Put up or shut up, comrade!
Not for nothin’ but AI notes the Government can set such prices. And it has done so:

. . . laws like the Emergency Petroleum Allocation Act allowed:
  • Direct regulation of oil prices
  • Allocation of fuel supplies
This happened during the 1973 Oil Crisis,

So, I’m wondering if maybe you and EdwinAMartin arebsmply “failing to communicate” as they say.

I suspect that what you’re really asking is, “by what Constitutional authority?”

Given how much oil comes out of Federally owned public lands, I would say they have a major right to say who gets to buy it and where it goes. Those pipelines also rely entirely on Federal laws using eminent domain as well. There is all kinds Federal and state welfare and subsidies supporting petroleum production. If they don't like it then let them go really private and laissez faire and stop mooching off the Fed. They can do away with the 'limited liability' govt. protection for their personal assets as well and stop hiding behind Federal and state bankruptcy courts and leaving taxpayers and debtors to pay for their business failures and bad decisions as well.

Thanks, but I meant what law. EAM is merely confused as he thinks we can just set the price anytime we want, like now. He doesn't realize that American companies operate all over the world.

You tell me; I never made that claim. If you're going to throw strawmen around, at least put some effort into not being a dumbass.
You said that we should have different oil prices in the US because our supply has not been affected. Did you not? I asked how this could be done and you clutched up and deflected. Want to take another shot at it?

What do you want done?

lol more idiocy. You're the idiot who keeps babbling 'supply and demand n stuff', and I proved how stupid that is when we produce our own. You're just all butthurt now because you can't explain away your mistaken ideological rubbish. We don't buy our oil on the 'global market', dumbass.

Everything is on the 'global market'. Do you also think Americans should pay a lot more for corn and wheat, too? lol of course you do, you're an idiot.

I assumed that he meant that the disruption now taking place due to Operation Epic Fury shouldn’t be impacting us (absent gouging) since we don’t rely on their oil.

But but 'Diversity' n stuff'.

A brother and sister are facing federal charges after authorities said an explosive device was found at MacDill Air Force Base near Tampa, Florida, last week.

Federal Bureau of Investigation Director Kash Patel announced in a March 26 post on X that the siblings were indicted in connection with the incident at the military base.

Patel said one sibling was in custody on charges including evidence tampering. The other sibling, who Patel called the "prime suspect" in the case, has been charged with explosives offenses and is "currently in China."

Democrats fronting for terrorists as usual. These terrorist attacks by foreign agents protected by the Democratic Party are only going to increase.
Check any islamists colluding with them

Oil is priced on the global market.

Take your favorite search engine (whatever you use) and see what it tells you when you ask: "How is oil priced?"

You should get something like this:
"Oil prices are determined by global supply and demand, geopolitical events, production costs, and market benchmarks like WTI and Brent, with futures contracts reflecting expected future delivery prices."
Copilot gave me that statement.

Oil prices are currently mainly impacted by geopolitical events and their impact on supply and demand. Countries like China are suffering because Iran is a major source of their oil as are several other Asian countries because the straits are dangerous at the present time with Iran threatening the ships.

Now is that Barney-leveled down for you, or do you need a child to explain it to you?

Still can't face up to how stupid your claim is, can you? And you're supposed to be a learing expert, eh?

We got kicked out of Vietnam and Iraq and you want to try China? :laughing0301:
We have two military bases in Iraq and are still very much there, advising the young govt

With that said. A hot war with China would be stupid and highly unlikely

China currently is a powerhouse of labor and economic benefactor or enemy when utilized. It has a military although some of its effectiveness is questionable.

However,
It's not all that it's cracked up to be.

In order for China to be at a population level of 1.2 billion people (their claim)....they would have had to have a birth rate of 4.5 for the past 50 years. But instead they had a "one child" policy.
IOW I tend to think that they have a population of maybe half of the 1.2 billion. A Larger population than the USA and maybe â…” the money (and falling due to poor decisions) But between Covid/diseases, famines, extreme prejudice, and government intrusion....they have in all reality been in population decline just like most western nations. I'm not sure that their population has even been stable much less grown....the most likely scenario is they are seeing population decline and a lack of sufficient workforce while having economic woes (compounding the issue)

And where China does have a larger military than the USA....it's functionality is highly questionable. Rocket fuel used to cook hot pot and etc are rampant because troops' supplies were being forgotten by superiors.
So....currently we see the Chinese everywhere poaching fish, minerals, and etc. I think that time is ending soon. People around the world are growing weary of Chinese thefts. The Covid release from their research labs was the start....then the zealous mining destroying their farms and rivers, and now poaching fish from their seas. They aren't standing for it anymore. Also...in the USA any product that is relatively successful the Chinese are unconcerned about copyright infringement. They flat out will steal and sell any intellectual property.

15th post
Apparently, they`re getting along well without it. In any case, it`s their business not ours.
If you include selling chinese weapons to backward 3rd world counties as successful that holds up as long as the weapons are not used in combat

What law allows the government to set oil prices, moron?
Probably the one that allows them to set the tax rate on every gallon of fuel sold in America.
The government makes more on fuel than the producers and retailers do.
Multiples more. Yeah, not really on setting oil prices, but that's still a fact.
How much tax they put on fuel affects the price. And the Fed does it, and all the states do too.
