Recent Stir Causes Outcry and Raises Eyebrows

Meaningless words/phrases and non-stories seem to dominate the 24hr media machine. This is particularly the case when there isn't some legitimate story that hasn't been manufactured into full-blown crisis coverage. Isn't there a market for a real media outlet that reports facts in an unbiased manner that doesn't manufacture nonsense for the sake of polarization and ratings? To what extent does this synthetic "reporting" and manufactured content play a role in the divisiveness that is polarizing politics in DC?
