Reagan responds to Obama and his supporters

For most Americans that were of age during the time or the Reagan adminastraion they always hold their head high and have a proud look on their face. but those days are long gone obama has killed pride of America.

And of course Reagan spoke to the people directly...as your vid aptly demonstrates. And it has been said that we're wasting time looking for another Reagan?

True. He's gone...but those principles live on in millions of us. So don't search for another Reagan...but someone principled as Reagan...As Jefferson? Washington? Monroe? Jay? Hamilton? Madison...

See where I am leading? Obama hasn't killed anything. He's actually fostering the rebirth of that spirit.

Any of the above will do. There will never be another Ronald Reagan nor Jefferson, WASHINGTON BUT WE CAN AT LEAST KEEP SEARCHING FOR SOMEONE WHO COULD TRY AND FILL THEIR SHOES.

There's someone out there...and they aren't well known...and out of the spotlight...for now...

The difference is that Reagan had a program that derived from his deep faith in the American people and belief in their incredible ability to rebound.

That's so beautiful. Were you tearing up as you typed that?

Hell...the paid shill is still here. Imagine that.

I hope you're not one of the ones who attacked those kids for being moved by Obama's hope and change slogans. Because you seem to have a weak spot for sentimental sop yourself.
obama was just a pretty political package. You know the kind you see in a department store at Christmas time, with the finely decorated Christmas tree. I bet you thought all those neatly wrapped boxes had something in them.

Alan West, or Herman Cain come to mind

Of course the timeless message of Ronald Reagan would not be comprehended by you, it went way over your head.

And here we have Schmuggy...and a DUH NO SHIT moment...(which is frequent...and expected ) and in his own totally predictable fashion...misses the POINT of the entire OP.

You get the DS Award Today Schmuggy. Congrats.:clap2:

Ronnie Reruns are a refreshing break from the verbal bilge which spills forth from President Teleprompter.

Obama would have beaten Reagan worse than main.

President Obama wouldn't beat anybody.

He gets WAY too much credit for his alleged oratorical skills. In reality, President Obama is a very poor orator.

Nobody on the left is permitted to admit this obvious truth, however. Everybody is supposed to buy the malarkey that President Obama is some kind of great communicator.

Zzzzzzzzz. He's not just poor. He's actually comical.

Reagan appealed to the values of the majority of Americans who value liberty, thrift, hard work, and self-sufficiency. Obama disdains them and encourages dependency on Big Government.

There's a big difference between the two. Despite his desire to be such, Obama will never be the Liberal Reagan.

And dangerous.

Nor a Lincoln as he was dubbed when elected. Lincoln preserved the Union...Obama is dividing it again...and on cue...along racial lines.

Just look at the past few weeks?

Obama has a deep faith in big government and was given a pass by the press, allowing him to mouth hopeful slogans that had no substance.
Doubtless the distinction is lost on you.

Oh, this is so much fun. The same wingnuts on here who make fun of us who support the current POTUS, saying we're making a messiah out of him, practically cum on themselves when talking about St. Ronnie. I'm guessing some of you have a shrine to him in your backyards.

Eric's perception is seriously flawed.

Respecting Reagan's values and vision for America is far different than worshipping The One standing amidst his Styrofoam pillars, and getting leg tingles over his ability to cause the seas to cease rising and to heal the planet.

Whatever gets ya thru the day, sparky.

Why don't you guys pool your resources and see if you can find a voodoo priest to try and bring him back to run in '12.

That's quite all right. We don't need to reanimate corpses the way you lefties continue to attempt with Marx and Lenin.
