When someone says “fuck the U.N.” it doesn’t mean that the person offering the suggestion plans on doing it.
Putin waged war against a sovereign neighboring state. It isn’t a “motion.” It was a statement of fact. He did.
So only wars that the US starts are moral, justified. Where have I heard that before? How many sovereign countries has the US invaded, bombed and slaughtered far more civilians that Russia has in Ukraine? go and look, go and learn.
Zelenskyyy and Ukraine didn’t invade Russia. That hardly means that Zelenskyyy didn’t isn’t a scumbag in his own right.
Zelensky gave Putin the finger by doing all he could to pursue NATO membership. Everyone knew (except you) that Russia had stated many times that if former soviet states started joining NATO, they'd mass troops on the border and prepare for war.
Everyone (except you) knew that Russia would invade unless Zelensky renounced joining NATO, Putin said he'd pull troops back if such a decision was made, but what did they do? they rejected that idea and kept on and on about NATO.
So he invaded, just as he said he would.
You can blame Biden if that makes you feel better but it is the same old doctrine the US has pursued since the collapse of the Soviet Union, they sought to break up the Russian federation (like they did to Yugoslavia) and encourage separatists and civil strife and eventual collapse so that the US could walk right in and steal everything.
Now Trump has an opportunity to simply extricate the United States, just walk away, but he isn't.
