It doesn't make any sense. If an employee has accidentally cut himself while working. He should of have known right then and there. They were trying to covered it up, until someone had exposed them.
But then it could of have been a crazy employee that was trying to give the public, some of his adrenochrome filled blood as a sacrifice. Just imagine how many people out there that are smacking on his blood. .
