Rank the Presidents from what who YOU think was BEST to WORST, over the past 98 years. So you don't go back any earlier than Warren J Harding, and go all the way up to Trump. Its your overall judgement of each President based on their time in office. Who do you think was the best, then 2nd best, and so on.

#12 02. Harry S. Truman - exercised poor sportsmanship once too often, ended WWII with 2 atomic bombs in Japan, started Korean war
#13 15. Calvin Coolidge - As Will Rodgers said, "Congress wanted the President to do nothing, and he done it."
#14 11. Jimmy Carter - he sold America out when he unilaterally gave away the Panama Canal one of my grandfathers helped build
#15 08. Barack Obama - he sold out America's natural resources to a foreign country that is actually hostile to America
#16 07. Bill Clinton - most criminally corrupt President in American History with scandals that revolved around him constantly.
#17 09. Richard Nixon - ended American involvement in the war in Vietnam, to prevent union dissolution by antiwar radicals. He was advised to resign due to criminal advisers who broke into Psychiatrist's office to get a rival's mental health history. Signed Roe v. Wade Act to law

Obama, Carter, Grant, Andrew Johnson, and LBJ should be on the bottom.
You didn't even include Abe Lincoln.

PRESIDENTS OF THE LAST 98 YEARS! Grant, Andrew Johnson, and Abe Lincoln were President a half century before the start of this time period.

Why the last 98 years?
Why not the last 100 years? Why 98?

Because 98 years ago is when Warren G. Harding started his term as President. If you said 100 years, you would only be including Woodrow Wilsons last two years in office.

I don't know what you're trying to prove with this....but it's clearly a waste of everybody's time.
How about starting a poll of the top presidents in the last decade while we're at it.
If one were to really want to know how everyone compared to everyone else, why not include everyone? What is the significance of just a set period of time compared to the rest of our history? One would think you're trying to manipulate the poll.

03. Ranking all 45 Presidents would reduce the number of people who would participate.

Saved the United States from potential Communist revolt from within the country. Communist Party of the United States had its largest number of members during the Great Depression. Monthly unemployment rates were not taken while FDR was President, but he got unemployment down to about 1% during World War II, which is probably the lowest ever in United States history. His policies saved the world from the AXIS powers and created a country strong enough to confront and deter the Soviet Union during the Cold War. In 2019, we essentially live in a world that was created by Franklin Roosevelt and Harry Truman.

One thing I like about your list is you rate Obama worse than Bush II.
I would rate Obama certainly in the bottom 10 for his administrations use of TARP funds. Unforgivable. Giving $100 billions in free loans to investment banks as late as 2016, who were making record profits and earnings is tantamount to treason in my book. Obama was a globalist/corporatist all the way.

#1) Reagan - simplified the tax code, fired the air controllers for striking, bankrupt the SU. Tough SOB.
#2) Truman - Stepped into a tough situation and thrived
#3) JFK - Bay of Pigs; Man on the Moon
#4) Eisenhower - Thanks for the highways.
#5) Trump - Its early. Economic confidence, embassy in Jerusalem, telling the PC crowd to shove it.
#6) WJC - Internet boom. One of the best public speakers.
#7) Nixon - Essentially ended the Vietnam War.
#8) FDR - New Deal...led country during WWII but also sent a ship of Jews back to Germany, fearing they were spies but sent them to die.
#9) GHW Bush - Liberated Kuwait.
#10) Hoover - Tough time to be POTUS...he supplied jobs not just free monies to the people.

1. Jefferson is at the top of my list. He stood alone against the Alien and Sedition Acts that made it illegal to speak out against those in government. Imagine, they just got done fighting for such things as freedom of speech, yet they pulled that crap.

Luckily he was able to nix most of it, but what was left FDR used to imprison innocent Japanese Americans.

I'll have to think more about the rest of the list, but without Jefferson, the US would have been a far darker place to say the least.
