Nah. It is contested. He may not be able to do what he just said. But that doesn’t mean that the interpretation of the 14th Amendment which you favor will ultimately prevail.

The language is clear, unless you're under the jurisdiction of a foreign government, such as diplomats and ambassadors (and their families) if you're born here, you're a natural born citizen here.

S.C. Rulings over the years, says they constitutionally are citizens...via the legal meaning of under the jurisdiction of... Even the babies of vacationers, born on our soil, are born citizens!

The constitution lists the exceptions....

Children born our soil to foreigners who have Diplomat Immunity, who are not ever under our jurisdiction.

And Indians (native Americans)at the time period, who were born on Indian reservations.....who also were NOT under U.S. Jurisdiction.
