The Citadel displays that flag...not "flies it"...alongside a museum like dispaly of dozens of other US battle flags from multiple wars that Citadel cadets fought in.

But this isnt a Citadel event.

Its a MEDAL OF HONOR event and they're renting the Citadel stadium because its the only football facility in Charleston that can hold that capacity crowd.

This event is to honor MOH winners...and to give dozens of BLACK players a shot in front of NFL scouts.
