I think you people know that many of us who criticize Trump and MAGA are not lefties or "commies" at all. That we exist across the political spectrum. And I think that writing us all off as lefties is simply your defense mechanism to avoid admitting it.

We include conservatives, liberals, moderates and independents. Republicans, Democrats and Unaffiliateds. I just want to see if any Trumpsters here are willing to admit this obvious fact, or if you're going to just keep playing this game with yourselves.

Of course with any large group of people, reasons and motivations will be a mix. I will give you my top two.... answers.


1. Call it what you will, The Tipping Point, the Pivot, ect, there were/are a number of factors in play that make this point in time, the LAST CHANCE TO SAVE AMERICA, as we have known it, in our earlier lives. What counts now is the results, that will be seen at the END of Trump's second term. Either America will be in better shape and with a greatly weakened left that is no longer rising, or...well, the game moves to an even darker phase. So whining about lesser issues is irrelevant.


2. It is also worth noting that the vast majority of the criticisms I have heard have been batshit crazy. And even the very few that have had some merit, are used not reasonable., but to try to make the point that MAGA, are bad people. And that's the same stupid shit we have been hearing our whole lives. It's...dumb as **** and boring as hell.

I have no problem with anyone disagreeing with Trump. This includes some Bush Republicans. Those that call him a fascist, which is quite a bit of the left, including many in the media, are in fact “evil” and would vote of a Communist if given the chance. These same folks will be voting for a professed Socialist in NYC. If you were the Independent you claim to be, you would be terrified, not by Trump, but by these extremists on the left that would vote for this type of government to avoid the boogeyman “fascist” they have made Trump out to be. Instead, you likely do the opposite because your hatred for Trump supersedes your love of the country.

I think we all realize that there are folks out there who aren’t far-left who disagree with the actions of this Administration. There’s the center-left, moderates, centrists, center-rightist, and far-right wing folks (like myself) who disagree with him on many things. I post here a lot less because the engagement level is not that good, but I saw your post and feel compelled to reply because I see your post as a sickness among humans and going back to the days of ancient humans where tribes would gang up against another human by whispering that other chieftains have accused that person of (fill-in-the-blank) and we must believe those people because they are "in authority" and would never lie or be mistaken.

While your post is about Trump, this is what happened to Charlie Kirk. Media (those in authority) demonized him and said he was a vile racist and hated trans people. I asked for the proof and got silence.

I always ask for the specifics of why Trump is "bad" and I get silence, or I get some stupid shirt that essentially says "People in authority don't like him or his own tribal member chieftains criticize him". Kirk was killed because of demonization by those who felt threatened by his words of truth, which was that the civil rights act kept blacks in poverty and that trans people shouldn't be allowed to parade around in classrooms.

But they won't show me where trans is good or why we must accept it, and they won't show me where the civil rights act elevated blacks out of poverty. The same with Trump. Who gives a rat's ass what his VP says or anyone else in our tribe says? We're supposed to hate someone now on the feelings and opinions of those "in authority"?

I have many general agreements with MAGA. But as I say in my sig, "My disagreement may not be about what you're trying to accomplish. It may just be about the way you're trying to accomplish it."

And that sure as hell doesn't make me a leftist.
