I imagine it's happened at one time or another on an emergency basis. This tends to happen in populations that care when populations that are, well, lesser people, send bus loads of migrants to other places unannounced and drop them off with little or no warning.

That is one thing I hope the Harris administration (if there is one) does, starts actively prosecuting the people who drive these buses from red state shit holes. They'll run out of volunteers before the feds run out of jail cells.

It's sick and inhumane.
