I have sound to my music library on my computer. But, in the last week I've noticed that I have no sound when I pull up a youtube video. Any thoughts on why?

There is this fix, it is old, but some of what they say might help.

or maybe update your flash player..

Also right click on the video, go into adobe flasher, click on used hardware acceleration or actually uncheck the box.
