Any loss of American lives is a tragedy......

That stated, it should raise some skepticism in any objective mind as the WHY it has taken the Benghazi select committee, about 2 additional months (and they're still going strong in their so-called investigation) to find out more about the loss of 4 American live.......than it took the 9-11 commission to investigate the loss of almost 3,000 American lives......???

Jeb Bush has just struggled with this obvious hypocrisy.

Jeb Bush Falls Apart When Asked Why He Blames Obama For Benghazi But Not W for 9/11

George Bush was in office barely 8 months when America was attacked on 9/11/2001. Bill Clinton was using American planes to attack civilians in a defenseless European country while the same terrorists that he dismissed in the first attack on the World Trade center were attending flight school under his freaking nose. Clinton's idiot Attorney General even issued an order that prevented the FBI from sharing information with the CIA under threat of arrest and imprisonment. If President Bush made any errors it was not firing every dumb assed political appointee in the Clinton administration but he thought he would be a nice guy and keep the idiots on.

I doubt President Trump will leave any Muslims and NeoCommies in positions of importance in his administration...I'm also positive that a president Cruz would do exactly the same!

"There is a reason Jeb is polling in single digits everywhere, and that reason’s name is George W. Bush. Jeb Bush’s hypocritical non-answer perfectly summarized why he probably not going to be elected president.

Bush can’t both attack Obama, and defend his brother’s horrible record. His attempts to do both have resulted in the rewriting of history. Bush’s answer today left out the pre-9/11 intelligence that his brother’s administration ignored.

Jeb Bush has been a disaster as a candidate, and answers such as the one he provided to CNN are a big part of why he is failing."

True.

So, your conclusion is that 9-11 was all Clinton's fault.......Interesting.

It's actually a lie.

Because in the 911 investigation the Democrats weren't trying to protect the only potentially viable presidential candidate they have.

Interesting.....Yet ANOTHER (not-too-sharp) right winger OPENLY admitting that the Benghazi committee is nothing but, "lets-get-Hillary" witch hunt.......

(poor committee chair, Gowdy, is having a hard time spinning that the hearing is "objective")

No, I am pointing out that the Democrats have reason to cover the sleazy bitch, because no other Democrat in the mix has a lab rat's chance, and if they lose this time around, it may well be the end for them if a hard liner gets in there.

In order to question the objectivity of the right wingers here, you must be objective yourself. Citing a leftist website which has "real liberal politics" in its name, and one that insinuates President Bush orchestrated 9/11 is far from objective, not to mention an insult to everyone who died in those attacks.

You're the one struggling with hypocrisy. Absolutely pathetic.

"The end"? You don't have to be THAT open about your desire for one-party rule.

Bush Administration's First Memo on al-Qaeda Declassified

Washington, D.C., September 27, 2006 - In a series of recent public statements, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has again denied that the Clinton administration presented the incoming administration of President George W. Bush with a "comprehensive strategy" against al-Qaeda. Rice's denials were prompted by a September 22 Fox News interview with Bill Clinton in which the former president asserted that he had "left a comprehensive anti-terror strategy" with the incoming Bush administration in January 2001. In a September 25 interview, Rice told the New York Post, "We were not left a comprehensive strategy to fight al-Qaida," adding that, "Nobody organized this country or the international community to fight the terrorist threat that was upon us until 9/11."

The crux of the issue is a January 25, 2001, memo on al-Qaeda from counterterrorism coordinator Richard Clarke to National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice, the first terrorism strategy paper of the Bush administration. The document was central to the debate over pre-9/11 Bush administration policy on terrorism and figured prominently in the 9/11 hearings held in 2004. A declassified copy of the Clarke memo was first posted on the Web by the National Security Archive in February 2005.

Clarke's memo, described below, "urgently" requested a high-level National Security Council review on al-Qaeda and included two attachments:

I don't know, perhaps those that testified before the 9-11 committee were more forthcoming?

Or the executive branch didn't take years to release subpoenaed information.
Uhm, yes they did...for 4 years
